ОПИСТОРХОЗ КАК МЕДИКО-СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ ПРОБЛЕМА СТРАН ЮГО-ВОСТОЧНОЙ АЗИИ

Описторхоз из группы биогельминтозов наносит немалый ущерб здоровью населения. Большая часть мирового ареала описторхоза находится на территории Юго-Восточной Азии, границы которого расширяются и, поэтому, описторхоз остается актуальной социально-значимой проблемой здравоохранения, стабильно занимая 4-5-е место среди паразитарных болезней ежегодно. Значимость данного трематодоза и его осложнений определяется тем, что длительное течение болезни, быстрый темп и массовость вовлечения в процесс новых контингентов населения существенно снижают активность и потенциал жизни инвазированных. Течение болезни при данной нозологии нередко сопровождается хронизацией процесса и необратимыми осложнениями, а в ряде случаев заканчивается летальным исходом. С целью изучения роли описторхоза в системе здравоохранения стран Юго-Восточной Азии проанализированы источники литературы и научные статьи, изучена документация годовых отчетов, представленных на официальных сайтах, современные стратегии решения описторхоза как медико-социальной проблемы.

Opisthorchiasis from the group of biohelminthiasis causes considerable damage to the health of the population. Most of the world area of opisthorchiasis is located on the territory of Southeast Asia, the borders of which are expanding and, therefore, opisthorchiasis remains an urgent socially significant health problem, consistently occupying 4-5 place among parasitic diseases annually. The significance of this trematodosis and its complications is determined by the fact that the long course of the disease, the rapid pace and mass involvement of new populations in the process significantly reduce the activity and life potential of the infected. The course of the disease with this nosology is often accompanied by chronization of the process and irreversible complications, and in some cases ends in death. In order to study the role of opisthorchiasis in the healthcare system of Southeast Asian countries, literature sources and scientific articles were analyzed, documentation of annual reports presented on official websites, modern strategies for solving opisthorchiasis as a medical and social problem were studied.
