ОЦЕНКА ТЕХНИЧЕСКОГО И ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО УРОВНЯ ВЫСОКОТЕХНОЛОГИЧНОЙ НАУКОЕМКОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ

Санкции оказывают значительное влияние на техническое и технологическое развитие высокотехнологичных наукоемких организаций Российской Федерации. Для обеспечения функционирования промышленной системы в новых реалиях необходимо перестроить и восполнить разорванные связи производственной кооперации, создать условия для локализации высокотехнологичных наукоемких производств. Для решения задач по восстановлению целостности производственных и технологических связей в данной статье даны практические предложения по оценке технического и технологического уровня высокотехнологичных наукоемких организаций, учитывающие разнообразные факторы, позволяющие не только перезапустить производство, но и создать возможности для опережающего развития, которое чрезвычайно востребовано в настоящее время.

Sanctions have a significant impact on the technical and technological development of high-tech knowledge-intensive organizations in the Russian Federation. To ensure the functioning of the industrial system in the new realities, it is necessary to rebuild and replenish the broken ties of industrial cooperation, to create conditions for the localization of high-tech knowledge-intensive industries. To solve the problems of restoring the integrity of production and technological connections, this article provides practical proposals for assessing the technical and technological level of high-tech knowledge-intensive organizations, taking into account various factors that allow not only to restart production, but also to create opportunities for advanced development, which is extremely in demand at the present time.
