The purpose of this article is to analyze the social assistance to Venezuelan migrants during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ecuador. With the presence of the coronavirus, one of the most affected social groups is foreigners in the condition of migrants and refugees. The purpose of this scientific note is to analyze the social assistance by international organizations, associations and civil foundations to venezuelans residing in Ecuador during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study is descriptive in nature and its sources of information are documentary and statistical. The results indicate that the Venezuelan migrant community faces serious problems in Ecuador, which have worsened during the pandemic; however, there are social organizations that welcome the foreigner and protect the refugee. It is concluded that these organizations promote the good living of the Venezuelan migrant, directing their inclusion in the different areas of national, social, educational, labor and cultural events.
