ОПИСАНИЕ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ПРОБЛЕМ ГОРОДА СМОЛЕНСК И ЕГО ОБЛАСТИ, ИСПОЛЬЗУЯ МЕТОДИКУ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО АУДИТА

В статье город Смоленск определен как одна из территорий, где действие экологической проблемы оказывают наиболее значимое влияние на экологию и экономику страны, как крупный город с ценной для Российской Федерации промышленностью. Также в статье описывается естественная, природная экосистема территории, существовавшая раньше, и сегодняшнее ее состояние, которое включает в себя характер застройки, рельеф, состояние почв, состояние воздушного бассейна, состояние поверхностных, и грунтовых вод; состояние растительности, площадь зеленых насаждений, их жизненное состояние, происхождение - естественный или антропогенный характер; состояние здоровья населения, проживающего на этой территории. Определены причины, приведшие к настоящему экологическому состоянию города и предложены варианты решения проблемы.

In the article, the city of Smolensk is defined as one of the territories where environmental problems have the most significant impact on the ecology and economy of the country, as a large city with valuable industry for the Russian Federation. The article also describes the natural, natural ecosystem of the territory that existed before, and its current state, which includes the nature of development, relief, soil condition, the state of the air basin, the state of surface and groundwater; the state of vegetation, the area of green spaces, their vital condition, origin - natural or anthropogenic; the state of the health of the population living in this territory. The reasons that led to the present ecological state of the city are determined and solutions to the problem are proposed.
