CHALLENGES & PROBLEMS FACING MANAGERS IN INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE AND HOW TO DEAL WITH IT

This article emphasizes on the obstacles that face the management in international franchise and its impacts on the decision making. On the surface, owning a franchise looks like easy business, you do not have to create a brand from scratch. You do not have to think about how to make your brand memorable or how to let people know about and you do not need to work on the basics because they are already there. Instead, you own an already established brand with strong marketing power. However, successful franchisees overcome a host of challenges before becoming profitable. Some of these challenges include costs, struggles to recruit, and retain skilled employees, and strict regulatory compliance, and other.
