ДИПЛОМАТИЯ МАЛЫХ АФРИКАНСКИХ СТРАН: ОПЫТ ГАБОНА

В статье на примере Габона рассмотрены некоторые особенности дипломатии малых стран Африки. Фокус исследования направлен на анализ концептуальных оснований внешней политики Габонской Республики, выявление специфики многосторонней и двусторонней дипломатии, формирования международного имиджа Габона. Особое внимание уделено рассмотрению роли Президента страны в процессе принятия внешнеполитических решений и показу места внешней политики в реализации Стратегического плана «Процветающий Габон».

THE DIPLOMACYOF LESSER AFRICAN COUNTRIES: THE EXPERIENCE OF GABON

The article deals with the peculiarities of the Gabonese diplomacy as the example of the diplomacy of the small countries of Africa. The focus of the study is aimed at analyzing the conceptual bases of foreign policy of the Gabonese Republic, specific features of multilateral and bilateral diplomacy, shaping the international image of Gabon. Special attention is paid to consideration of the role of the President in making foreign policy decisions and understanding the place of the foreign policy of Gabon in realizing the Strategic plan "Prosperous Gabon".
