Особое внимание уделено созданию Сетевого университета БРИКС как ключевого функционального элемента формирования общей инновационной системы Объединения и кластера превосходства в сфере образования.

BRICS: Education as a Factor of Strategic Superiority

In article the main directions and formats of possible copperation of the countries of BRICS Group in the field of education are considered. The special attention is paid to creation of the BRICS Network University as key functional element of formation of the general innovative system of Association and cluster of superiority in education.
