ОЦЕНКА ПОТЕНЦИАЛА СОЗДАНИЯ НАДНАЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ ВАЛЮТЫ СТРАН БРИКС

Растущая экономическая мощь стран БРИКС, их значение как одной из главных движущих сил развития глобальной экономики, значительная численность населения, наличие богатых природных ресурсов формируют основу их влияния на международной арене. На страны БРИКС приходится 31% мирового ВВП, 19% мирового экспорта, 41% населения мира и 27% площади суши. В условиях гегемонии доллара США в международных расчетах и применении санкций в отношении РФ остро стоит проблема обеспечения национальной финансовой безопасности стран БРИКС. В качестве решения этой проблемы выступает постепенный отказ от использования доллара США в расчетах внутри БРИКС, заменяя его либо на расчеты в национальных валютах, либо созданием новой коллективной валюты. В настоящей работе представлены результаты исследования перспектив создания общей наднациональной валюты стран БРИКС. Проведён сравнительный анализ трансформации валютных систем основных участников объединения, с помощью корреляционного анализа выявлена взаимосвязь валютных курсов, проведена оценка товарооборота внутри объединения, предложена формула расчёта курса наднациональной валюты и составлен график её котировки по отношению к доллару США, определена её волатильность.

The growing economic power of the BRICS countries, their importance as one of the main driving forces of the development of the global economy, a significant population, the availability of rich natural resources form the basis of their influence in the international arena. The BRICS countries account for 31% of world GDP, 19% of world exports, 41% of the world's population and 27% of the land area. In the context of the hegemony of the US dollar in international settlements and the application of sanctions against the Russian Federation, the problem of ensuring the national financial security of the BRICS countries is acute. The solution to this problem is the gradual abandonment of the use of the US dollar in settlements within the BRICS, replacing it either with settlements in national currencies, or the creation of a new collective currency. This paper presents the results of a study of the prospects for creating a common supranational currency of the BRICS countries. A comparative analysis of the transformation of the currency systems of the main participants of the association is carried out. Using correlation analysis, the interrelation of exchange rates is revealed. An assessment of the turnover within the association was carried out. A formula for calculating the exchange rate of a supranational currency is proposed and a graph of its quotation against the US dollar is drawn up, its volatility is determined.
