Prolonged monitoring of co-agglutination, co-desaggregating, changing the color and dispersion of film co-agglutinates of human cells in a micropanel in the presence of lectins of probiotics and physiologically active fungi of medical significance, as well as synthetic analogues of polysaccharides was carried out. Micropanel highly sensitive cellular systems of mixed biofilms are proposed to assess the interaction, compatibility and antagonism of lectins of probiotic strains of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, probiotics and fungal lectins. The results are important for the development of microanalysis of free and immobilized, synthetic and surface cell glycoconjugates and the creation of new bacterial-fungal compositions of medical and nutritional value, including biofilm antimicrobial and antiviral formulations of dietary supplements and natural and artificial nutrition products.
