РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЕ И ГЛОБАЛЬНЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ВОЕННО-ПОЛИТИЧЕСКОГО СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА МЕЖДУ РОССИЕЙ И КИТАЕМ В 1991-2020 ГОДАХ

Автором затрагивается вопрос оценки взаимодействия между Китаем и Россией на предмет расширения сферы военно-политического сотрудничества. К числу причин совместного участия в развитии указанной сферы автор относит политический фактор, а также желание стран совместно координировать действия, направленные на упорядочивание двусторонних отношений. Китай и Россия, не являясь союзниками, доказывают, что укрепление военного сотрудничества возможно не только путем заключения специальных соглашений, но и посредством обмена необходимой информацией, непосредственно затрагивающей возможности вооруженных сил государств, а также их обоснованное использование для поддержания безопасности в мире. В этой связи автором затронуты вопросы законодательного обеспечения межправительственного взаимодействия, которое на данный момент регулируется путем специальных актов (соглашений). Отдельное внимание уделено вопросу построения модели, определяющей технологическое развитие военно-политического сотрудничества.

In this article, the author touches upon the issue of assessing the issues of interaction between China and Russia with a view to expanding the sphere of military-political cooperation. Among the reasons for joint participation in the development of this area, the author refers to the political factor, as well as the desire of countries to jointly coordinate actions aimed at streamlining bilateral relations. China and Russia, not being allies, prove that strengthening military cooperation is possible not only through the conclusion of special agreements, but also through the exchange of necessary information that directly affects the capabilities of the armed forces of states, as well as their reasonable use to maintain security in the world. In this regard, the author touched upon the issues of legislative support for intergovernmental interaction, which is currently regulated by special acts (agreements). Special attention is paid to the issue of constructing a model that determines the technological development of military-political cooperation.
