ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ РЕКОНСТРУКЦИИ ФУНДАМЕНТОВ

Данная статья посвящена вопросам, касающимся организации реконструкции фундаментов зданий. В статье отмечается важность решения проблем, возникающих с ремонтом фундамента. В данной статье указываются причины разрушений фундамента. В ней будет сказано об особенностях ремонта фундамента каркасного или деревянного дома, а также кирпичных и каменных домов. В статье указаны технологии для конструкционного усиления фундамента, в частности будут рассмотрены физические и химические технологии усиления фундамента. В статье сделан вывод о выборе технологии и о возможности типовых решений при реконструкции фундамента.

This article is devoted to issues related to the organization of the reconstruction of building foundations. The article notes the importance of solving problems arising with the repair of the foundation. This article indicates the causes of the destruction of the foundation. It will talk about the features of repairing the foundation of a frame or wooden house, as well as brick and stone houses. The article will indicate technologies for structural reinforcement of the foundation, in particular, physical and chemical technologies for strengthening the foundation will be considered. At the end of the article, a conclusion will be made about the choice of technology and the possibility of standard solutions for the reconstruction of the foundation.
