Сетевой анализ технологической конкуренции США и КНР в Юго-Восточной Азии

Сфера информационных коммуникационных технологий стала определяющим фактором экономического развития и глобального лидерства. В рамках нынешней системы глобального управления основным выгодополучателем выступают США, являясь мировым центром разработки и производства инноваций. Последние несколько лет на эту роль претендует Китай, создавая альтернативные продукты и продвигая их за рубежом. США и КНР соперничают за лидерство в технологической сфере, экспортируя технологии и устанавливая свое влияние на мировом рынке. Одним из таких направлений экспорта выступает регион Юго-Восточной Азии. В рамках данной работы авторы анализируют технологическую конкуренцию США и КНР с применением теоретического инструмента в виде теории каскадного развития и теории диффузии технологий. В статье рассматривается технологическая конкуренция США и КНР в качестве возможности для США сохранить лидерство в области технологий, а для Китая - выйти на новый уровень технологического развития и увеличить свое влияние в глобальном управлении. В качестве количественной оценки авторами была применена методика сетевого анализа для определения интенсивности конкуренции и визуализации данных в сфере торговли добавленной стоимостью и высокотехнологичными товарами.

Nowadays, the field of information and communication technologies has become a determining factor in economic development and global leadership. Under the current system of global governance, the United States is the main beneficiary, being the world's center for the development and production of innovations. Over the past few years, China has been claiming this role by creating alternative products and promoting them abroad. The US and China compete for technological leadership by exporting technology and establishing their influence in the global market. One of these export destinations is the region of Southeast Asia, which unites the developing countries of ASEAN. As part of this paper, the authors analyze the technological competition between the United States and China using a theoretical tool in the form of the theory of cascade development and the theory of technology diffusion. The article considers the technological competition between the US and China as an opportunity for the US to maintain its leadership in the field of technology, and for China to reach a new level of technological development and increase its influence in global governance. As a quantitative assessment, the authors use a network analysis technique to determine the intensity of competition and visualize data in the field of trade in value added and high-tech goods.
