The molecular principles for application of polyamine analogs as inhibitors of enzymes of polyamine synthesis enzymes

Some physiological peculiarities of polyamines metabolism and new achievements in the study of molecular principles for application of inhibitors of polyamine biosynthesis as potent therapeutic agents against different diseases with altered cell proliferation, including cancer, are considered.
