Обзор существующих теорий мотивации с учетом их применения в высшей школе

Целью данной статьи является изучение существующих теорий мотивации. Задача исследования состоит в выявлении наиболее эффективных форм мотивации для успешного применения в образовательном процессе в высшей школе. Методы исследования: анализ научной литературы, обобщение и систематизация накопленного опыта. В статье сделан вывод: единой модели мотивации не существует, что дает возможность исследователям проводить дальнейшие изыскания в этой сфере.

The purpose of this article is to study the existing theories of motivation. The aim of the paper is to identify the most effective forms of motivation for their successful application in the educational process in high school. The research methods are analysis of scientific literature, generalisation and systematisation of accumulated experience. The article concludes that there is hardly a single model of motivation which makes it possible for researchers to conduct further investigations in this area.
