Статья посвящена анализу научно-методических основ разработки лингводидактического описания Элементарного уровня общего владения русским языком как иностранным. Авторы характеризуют структуру, содержание и функции данного нормативно-методического документа. Особое внимание уделяется представлению комплекса компонентов коммуникативной компетенции, актуальных для иностранцев на данном уровне владения языком.

Linguistic and Methodical Description of the Elementary Level of General Knowledge of RFL: Structure, Content, Functions

The article analyzes the scientific and methodological basis for the development of the linguistic and methodical description of the elementary level of general knowledge of RFL. The authors describe the structure, content and function of regulatory guidance document. Particular attention is paid to the presentation of the complex components of communicative competence relevant to foreigners at this level of ownership.
