Правовые основы конституционного контроля Республики Перу в конце XX века

В статье рассматриваются вопросы организации конституционного контроля в Республике Перу в рамках законов, действовавших в период с 1982 по 2004 гг. Период интерес тем, что он предшествовал принятию Конституционно-процессуального кодекса в 2004 г. До принятия кодекса действовал ряд законов, регулирующий множество различных процедур, относящихся к осуществлению конституционного контроля.

Legal foundations of constitutional control of the Republic of Peru in the late 20th century

The article deals with the questions of the Organization of the constitutional control in the Republic of Peru under the laws in force in the period from 1982 to 2004. Period of interest because it preceded the enactment of the Constitutional procedure in 2004, prior to the adoption of a code of a number of laws regulating various procedures related to the implementation of the constitutional control.
