ON THE RIGHT OF LAND OWNERSHIP IN EUROPE

The author of the article makes an attempt to assess the possibilities and prospects of strengthening the existing and, most importantly, the emergence of new conflicts between the civil status of land ownership in some European countries and the real regime of participation of foreign citizens, including citizens of the Russian Federation, in the circulation of these lands
