Apoptosis and some dermal inflammatory reaction features under conditions of mesotherapeutic injection of preparations

Apoptosis level (DNA fragmentation), NMR H-proton relaxation, chemotaxis and macro-phage activated oxygen production in the skin of 65 healthy laboratory rats were examined during mesotherapeutic admmistration of antihomotoxical Cutis Compositum, proinflammatory nicotinic acid and physiological solution. Significant changes in these parameters were stated. The mechanisms of antihomotoxical mesotherapeutic influences were discussed.
