Изложена методика формирования перечня симптомов, недомоганий и причин обращений к фармацевтическому работнику. Определена граница компетенции фармацевтического работника в системе самопомощи и самопрофилактики.

In the article the method of the list formation of the symptoms, indispositions and the reasons of the visit to a doctor is described. The border of pharmaceutist' competence in the system of self-care and self-prophylaxis is defined.
