These Conference Proceedings combines materials of the conference – research papers and thesis reports of scientic workers and professors. It examines the problematic of informative and communicative space and a person. Some articles deal with questions of communicative processes and development of various human activities. A number of articles are covered with problems of socio-cultural, psychological and medical aspects of infocommunication space development.
