PROCEEDINGS OF 4TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, ART AND INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION (ICELAIC 2017)

The 4th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2017) is jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), Shandong Women's University Art Institute (China), Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), The Research Center of Chinese Dancing Culture and Art in Mianyang Sichuan (China). The aim of the conference is to provide a unified platform for teachers, researchers and students from different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss the problems on education, language, art and inter-cultural communication.
