Впервые в судебной медицине изучены качественные и количественные признаки морфологических изменений легких в ранний период аспирации крови, аналога желудочного сока (ацидин-пепсина) и черепно-мозговой травмы, сопровождающейся аспирацией крови. Expert Assessment of the Dynamics of Morphological Changes of the Respiratory System in Aspiration of Gastric Contents and Blood

The monograph is devoted to the issue of aspiration. Qualitative and quantitative signs of morphological changes in the lungs in the early period of blood aspiration with an analogue of gastric juice (acidin-pepsin) and craniocerebral trauma accompanied by blood aspiration were studied for the first time in forensic medicine. Morphological changes in the lungs, which are the result of a manifestation of body adaptive reactions in response to aspiration, were established.\nThe monograph is intended for forensic pathologists, pathologists, specialists in the field of resuscitation, residents, postgraduate students, scientists, investigators and court.
