ПОЛИКУЛЬТУРАЛИЗМ И МЕСТО РУССКОГО ЯЗЫКА В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ ГАНА

Полилингвализм - явление, характерное для африканского континента и его особенностей, активно существует в Республике Гана, что делает данную страну жизнеспособным предметом интереса для исследователей различных областей, включая лингвистов, ученыхпедагогов и политологов. Данная статья посвящена аналитическому исследованию поликультурного пространства Республики Гана. Для достижения поставленной цели авторы данной статьи применяют аналитический исследовательский подход и описательно обсуждают языковую ситуацию, преобладающую в основных сферах жизни ганского народа. Ориентируясь в основном на образовательный сектор, авторы данной описательной работы обсуждают место русского языка по сравнению с другими иностранными языками в поликультурном пространстве Республики Гана, давая рекомендации относительно того, как можно еще больше повысить популярность русского языка в Гане.

POLICULTURALISM AND THE PLACE OF THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IN THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA

Polilingualism, a phenomenon characteristic of the African continent and its peculiarities is prevalent in the Republic of Ghana, thereby making it a viable subject of interest for researchers of various fields including linguists, educational scientists and political scientists. This paper is dedicated to an analytical study of the policultural space of the republic of Ghana. In order to achieve the set aim, the authors of this article use the analytical research approach and undertake a descriptive discussion of the language situation that is prevalent in the major spheres of life of the Ghanaian people. Focusing mainly on the educational sector, the authors of this descriptive work discuss the place of the Russian language in comparison with other foreign languages in the policultural space of the Republic of Ghana, giving recommendations pertaining to how the popularity of the Russian language in Ghana can be augmented further.
