В статье рассмотрена проблема использования искусственного интеллекта в системе российского судопроизводства. Сформулированы преимущества и угрозы внедрения ИИ в российское правосудие. Определены перспективы применения искусственного интеллекта в судебной системе РФ.

PROSPECTS FOR THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN RUSSIAN LITIGATION

The article considers the problem of using artificial intelligence in the system of Russian litigation. The advantages and threats of the introduction of AI in Russian justice are formulated. The prospects for the use of artificial intelligence in the judicial system of the Russian Federation are determined.
