СУБЪЕКТЫ ДОСУДЕБНОГО ПРОИЗВОДСТВА В СОВРЕМЕННОМ УГОЛОВНОМ ПРОЦЕССЕ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

Субъекты досудебного производства играют ключевую роль в воспроизводстве досудебного процесса, в силу того что их поведение определяет линию осуществления производства по уголовному делу в зависимости от их поведения по время процесса. Несомненно, каждое уголовное дело индивидуально как с точки зрения сути произошедшего, так и с точки зрения поведения субъектов досудебного производства, хотя закон формально закрепляет закрытый перечень прав и обязанностей, однако вариативность фактического поведения субъекта весьма непредсказуема, что в определяющей степени влияет на ход досудебного производства.

SUBJECTS OF PRE-TRIAL PROCEEDINGS IN THE MODERN CRIMINAL PROCESS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
