Данная статья посвящена исследованию и анализу деятельности судебной системы Республики Азербайджан и Турции как органа судебной власти. В статье рассматриваются деятельность судебной системы Республики Азербайджан и Турции, исследования двух судебных систем, а также даны рекомендации по совершенствованию деятельности судебной системы Республики Азербайджан и Турции, а также сравнительно-правовой анализ двух судебных систем.

COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEMS OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN AND TURKEY

This article is devoted to the study and analysis of the activities of the judicial system of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkey as a judicial authority. The article examines the activities of the judicial system of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkey, studies of the two judicial systems, and also provides recommendations for improving the activities of the judicial system of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as a comparative legal analysis of the two judicial systems.
