Актуальность данной темы обусловлена стремительным развитием футбола как полноценной индустрии, необходимость правового регулирования которой привело к обособлению футбольного права как отдельной отрасли в юридической науке. На данный момент эта отрасль является достаточно малоизученной, поэтому требует более подробного разъяснения своих механизмов и процессов в рамках научного исследования. В этой статье речь пойдёт о схеме расследования в футбольном сообществе фактов проведения так называемых договорных матчей, нарушающих как общеспортивные принципы фейр-плей, так и законодательство большинства стран мира.

THE PRACTICE OF INVESTIGATION OF MATCH-FIXING IN WORLD FOOTBALL

The relevance of this topic is due to the rapid development of football as a full-fledged industry, the need for legal regulation of which led to the isolation of football law as a separate branch in legal science. At the moment, this industry is rather little studied, therefore, it requires a more detailed explanation of its mechanisms and processes within the framework of scientific research. This article will focus on a scheme for investigating in the football community the facts of holding so-called fixed matches that violate both the general sports principles of fair play and the laws of most countries of the world.
