The main goal of this study is to collect all available relevant information on this topic, describe how Hallyu influences people's lives and also develop the sphere of mass media. The issue of the Korean wave as a global phenomenon in the consideration of different spheres of influence was analyzed. From the subject field literature review, the main and rather large gap from the already existing literature has been uncovered. For example: the impact of the Hallyu in the pandemic.
