This research aimed to identify target anthraquinone derivatives using proton signals in the 12.62 to 13.40 ppm area in the 1H NMR spectrum of an extract of roots and rhizomes of Rubia tinctorum in DMSO-d6 with the addition of 2,2,2-trifluoroacetic acid.
