КОНВЕНЦИЯ О РЕГИСТРАЦИИ ОБЪЕКТОВ, ЗАПУСКАЕМЫХ В КОСМИЧЕСКОЕ ПРОСТРАНСТВО: ПРЕДПОСЫЛКИ И ИСТОРИЧЕСКИЙ КОНТЕКСТ

В данной работе рассматриваются достижения режима регистрации объектов, запущенных в космическое пространство. Также, анализируются конкретные требования Конвенции о регистрации через призму её исторического развития. Наконец, в документе обоснована рекомендация о необходимости совершенствования режима регистрации космических объектов, по мониторингу выполнения требований и обязательств в рамках Конвенции о регистрации и, следовательно, как достичь максимальной прозрачности космической деятельности.

The Convention on Registration of Objects Launched into Outer Space: prerequisites and historical context

The article examines the achievements of the registration regime for objects launched into outer space. It also analyzes the specific requirements of the Registration Convention through the prism of its historical development. Finally, the paper provides a rationale for the recommendation on the need to improve the registration regime for space objects, on monitoring compliance with the requirements and obligations under the Registration Convention and, therefore, on how to achieve maximum transparency in space activities.
