ЛЕКСИКА ТРАДИЦИОННЫХ ПРАЗДНИЧНЫХ БЛЮД ЛАТИНОАМЕРИКАНСКОГО ВАРИАНТА ИСПАНСКОГО ЯЗЫКА

В статье анализируется лексика традиционных праздничных блюд Кубы, Аргентины и Перу. Объект исследования данной статьи - лингвистические зоны латиноамериканского варианта испанского языка. Цель исследования - описание лексики праздничных блюд национальной кухни через воссоздание языковой картины мира испаноговорящих этносов Кубы, Аргентины и Перу. В нашем исследовании мы изучаем лингвокультурологическое своеобразие национальных вариантов испанского языка в ракурсе влияния менталитета и культуры этносов данных стран на их речевую деятельность.

The article analyzes questions of the particularities of the language awareness proper to representatives of Cuba, Argentina, and Peru across festive national dishes. The object of this research is a linguistic area of Latin American Spanish. The subject of this research is nomination of festive national dishes of some countries Latin American. The author analyzes of a vocabulary of festive national dishes across reconstruction of Spanish-speaking ethnic groups language world picture. The article includes analyses of: 1) national specific realities of festive national dishes across the prism of national-cultural space, and 2) connection of originality of national-specific realities with mentality and linguistic world picture of these countries. The author provides which the impact of borrowings on a vocabulary of festive dishes of some countries Latin American.
