ФАКТОРЫ, ПАРАМЕТРЫ И ЗНАЧЕНИЕ РАЗВИТИЯ САДОВОДСТВА В ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИИ ГЛОБАЛЬНОЙ ПРОДОВОЛЬСТВЕННОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ

В этой научной статье авторы исследовали факторы и параметры развития садоводства в мире за 1961-2020 гг., а также его значение в обеспечении глобальной продовольственной безопасности. Это отрасль сельского хозяйства является очень важной для многих государств как с точки зрения производства, так и дальнейшего товародвижения фруктов, ягод, орехов и продуктов их переработки. Ее развитие способствует обеспечению занятости местных жителей и выступает источником их доходов, удовлетворяет потребности населения страны в этих товарах. Помимо этого, для некоторых из этих государств рост экспортного потенциала национального плодово-ягодного подкомплекса выступает значимым относительно увеличения поступления в страну валютной выручки. На размещение производства конкретных фруктов, ягод и орехов, усиление концентрации их выращивания и специализации отдельных стран на тех или иных направлениях этой отрасли влияют совокупность условий как объективного, так и субъективного характера. Со стороны предложения в числе главных можно назвать факторы государств-производителей, прежде всего, природно-климатические условия и биологические особенности плодово-ягодных растений. Со стороны спроса основными можно считать факторы стран-потребителей, в частности численность населения, уровень доходов и степень урбанизации. По данным Продовольственной с сельскохозяйственной организации ООН за 1961-2020 гг. в мире в целом площади под плодово-ягодными растениями (включая древесные орехи) выросли с 29,1 млн. га до 78,5 млн. га (в 2,7 раза), урожайность с 6,96 т на 1 га до 11,52 т на 1 га (в 1,66 раза.), валовые сборы с 202,45 млн. т млн. т до 904,27 млн. т (в 4,47 раза). В то же время объемы экспорта увеличились с 15,23 млн. т до 125,79 млн. т (в 8,26 раза), а импорта с 15,37 млн. т до 123,48 млн. т (в 8,03 раза). Все это свидетельствует об усилении значения этой отрасли в обеспечении глобальной продовольственной безопасности.

In this scientific article, the authors investigated the factors and parameters of the development of horticulture in the world in 1961-2020, as well as its importance in ensuring global food security. This branch of agriculture is very important for many states both in terms of production and further distribution of fruits, berries, nuts and their processed products. Its development contributes to the employment of local residents and acts as a source of their income, meets the needs of the country's population in these goods. In addition, for some of these states, the growth of the export potential of the national fruit and berry subcomplex is significant in relation to the increase in foreign exchange earnings to the country. The location of the production of specific fruits, berries and nuts, the increased concentration of their cultivation and the specialization of individual countries in certain areas of this industry are influenced by a combination of conditions of both objective and subjective nature. On the supply side, the main factors of the producing states can be called, first of all, natural and climatic conditions and biological features of fruit and berry plants. On the demand side, the main factors of consumer countries can be considered, in particular, population size, income level and degree of urbanization. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations for 1961-2020 in the world as a whole, the area under fruit and berry plants (including tree nuts) increased from 29.1 million hectares to 78.5 million hectares (2.7 times), the yield from 6.96 tons per 1 ha to 11.52 tons per 1 ha (1.66 times.), gross charges from 202.45 million tons to 904.27 million tons (4.47 times). At the same time, the volume of exports increased from 15.23 million tons to 125.79 million tons (8.26 times), and imports from 15.37 million tons to 123.48 million tons (8.03 times). All this testifies to the increasing importance of this industry in ensuring global food security.
