Multicultural educational space as a factor of cross-cultural dialogue between people who are involved in the educational process

Integration of Russian education into a single global educational space involves the idea of increasing inter-ethnic relations, and, as a consequence, the preparation of an intelligent person capable of intercultural communication. This idea meets the needs of society and the individual in the process of forming a specialist with developed intellectual and general cultural qualities. Reflecting this idea was the development of the concept of multicultural education in the Russian Federation. This concept defines the education system as a leading factor in the preservation and development of national cultures and languages, an effective tool for the cultural and political integration of Russian society.
