Градостроительные подходы к организации социо-культурной среды жизнедеятельности мигрантов в мегаполисе

Статья обосновывает необходимость разработки градостроительных подходов к формированию социо-культурной среды жизнедеятельности мигрантов в мегаполисе. Решить комплексную задачу интеграции мигрантов в жизнедеятельность города представляется возможным путем повышения их образовательного и профессионального уровня, вовлечения в социальную и культурную жизнь, обеспечения физического и психологического комфорта. В исследовании раскрыты эволюционные этапы миграционной политики России, проведен анализ действующих документов, регламентирующих миграционную политику РФ, обобщен научный опыт изучения проблем интеграции мигрантов в городские процессы, практический опыт стран Европы и Америки по учету интересов мигрантов и местного населения. Представленные материалы являются обоснованием для разработки комплексного масштабного исследования.

Urban planning approaches to the organization the socio-cultural environment for migrants' life activity in the megalopolis

The article substantiates the necessity of developing urban planning approaches to the formation of the socio-cultural environment for migrants' life activity in the megapolis. It seems possible to solve the complex problem of migrants' integration into the life of the city by increasing their educational and professional level, involving them in social and cultural life, ensuring their physical and psychological comfort. The study reveals the evolutionary stages of migration policy in Russia, analyzes the current documents regulating the migration policy of the Russian Federation, summarizes the scientific experience of studying the problems of the integration of migrants in urban processes and the practical experience of European and American countries on taking into account the interests of migrants and the local population. The materials presented are the basis for the development of a comprehensive large-scale research.
