В статье авторы анализируют законодательные положения, научные работы, связанные с правовым регулированием финансовых активов, выявляют общие закономерности и проблемы в области регулирования криптовалюты в Российской Федерации, а также проводят сравнительно-правовой анализ законодательства России и Японии в сфере финансовых активов и финансовых учреждений, связанных с криптовалютой.

The article is devoted to the study of the legislative provisions, scientific works related to the legal regulation of financial assets, identify general patterns and problems in the field of regulation of cryptocurrency in the Russian Federation and carry out comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Russia and Japan in the sphere of financial assets and financial institutions related to cryptocurrency.
