Текущее состояние торгово-экономического и инвестиционного сотрудничества ЕАЭС и КНР

В статье проводится анализ современного состояния торгово-экономического и инвестиционного сотрудничества между Евразийским экономическим союзом и КНР. В частности, автор останавливается на изучении основных направлений транспортнологистического сотрудничества, торгово-экономического взаимодействия в агропромышленном комплексе, связей в строительном секторе, сфере лесопромышленности и пр. В ходе исследования автор приходит к выводу о том, что ЕАЭС не хватает интеграции государств-участников в вопросе выработки общего плана взаимодействия с КНР. Например, в транспортно-логистической сфере единая стратегия дала бы возможность осуществлять эффективные переговорные процессы и определять вектор развития и планы реализации проектов в едином формате, что в свою очередь позитивно сказалось бы на сроках реализации поставленных задач и эффективности результаты. Необходима единая стратегия по развитию и углублению сотрудничества и в области сельского хозяйства, лесопромышленного комплекса и пр. Это бы содействовало установлению более эффективного инструмента контроля за соблюдением договоренностей ЕАЭС и КНР, за разработку совместной внешнеэкономической политики в целом.

The article analyzes the current state of trade, economic and investment cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and China. In particular, the author focuses on the study of the main directions of transport and logistics cooperation, trade and economic cooperation in the agroindustrial complex, relations in the construction sector, the timber industry, etc. In the course of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that the EAEU lacks integration of the participating states in the issue of developing a common plan of interaction with the PRC. For example, in the transport and logistics sector, a unified strategy would make it possible to carry out effective negotiation processes and determine the vector of development and project implementation plans in a single format, which in turn would have a positive impact on the timing of the implementation of the tasks and the effectiveness of the results. A unified strategy is needed to develop and deepen cooperation in the field of agriculture, timber industry, etc. This would contribute to the establishment of a more effective tool for monitoring compliance with the agreements of the EAEU and the PRC, for the development of a joint foreign economic policy in general.
