ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЕ ИСПАНИИ И ЮНЕСКО В XXI ВЕКЕ

В данной статье, посвящённой сороковой годовщине подписания Испанией «Конвенции об охране всемирного культурного и природного наследия», рассматривается взаимодействие Королевства Испании и организации ЮНЕСКО. В работе проводится анализ культурных, социальных и образовательных программ, реализуемых Испанией на платформе данной международной организации, а также дается оценка и характеристика отношений государства и организации в разных направлениях. Представлены анализ участия Испании в программе «ассоциированного эксперта» на платформе ЮНЕСКО и опыт содействия частной испанской компании «Abertis» развитию инфраструктуры ЮНЕСКО. Особое внимание уделено сотрудничеству Испании и ЮНЕСКО в Ибероамерике, созданию в 2016 году программы «Ibermuseos» с целью поддержки этнических меньшинств в Америке. Рассмотрена гуманитарная программа «Indigena Programm», направленная на поддержание культуры и самобытности коренных народов Латинской Америки. Обозначена представленность Испании в списке культурного наследия ЮНЕСКО.

This article, dedicated to the fortieth anniversary of the signing by Spain of the Convention on the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, considers the interaction of the Kingdom of Spain and UNESCO. The article analyzes the cultural, social, and educational programs implemented by Spain on the platform of this international organization, and also assesses and characterizes the relations between the state and the organization in different directions. The analysis of Spain’s participation in the «associate expert» program on the UNESCO platform and the experience of the assistance of the non-governmental Spanish foundation «Abertis» to the development of UNESCO infrastructure are also presented in this article. Special attention is paid to the cooperation between Spain and UNESCO in Iberoamerica, the creation of the Ibermuseos program in 2016, which goal was to support ethnic minorities in America. The article considers the humanitarian program «IndigenaProgramm», aimed at maintaining the culture and identity of the indigenous peoples of Latin America. The representation of Spain in the UNESCO Cultural Heritage list is also indicated in this work.
