В данной работе рассматривается внешняя политика Ливии при Муаммаре Каддафи, в частности, подробно исследуется ее африканский вектор. Автор раскрывает роль ливийского лидера Муаммара Каддафи в продвижении идей панафриканизма, анализирует позицию Социалистической Народной Ливийской Арабской Джамахирии (СНЛАД) относительно роли и места Африки в современной системе международных отношений.

African Vector in the Foreign-policy Activity of the Leader of the Libyan Jamahiriya Muammar al-Gaddafi

This work examines Libyan foreign policy under Muammar al-Gaddafi, dwelling particularly on its African vector. The author discloses the role of the Libyan leader Muammar alGaddafi in promoting the ideas of Pan-Africanism and analyzes the position of the Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya toward the role and place of Africa in the present system of international relations
