CONSIDERACIONES ETICO-EDUCATIVASEN EL DESARROLLO TECNOLOGICO HACIA LA IMPLEMENTACION DEL GOBIERNO ELECTRÓNICO EN VENEZUELA

La sociedad de la información posee como características más significativas la globalización de la economía.La gestión tecnológica hoy en día constituye en cualquier organización el pilar estratégico del éxito y de confiabilidad, provocando que las instituciones del Estado busquen en forma constante evolucionar, a la par de los tiempos modernos. En este sentido el impacto que genera la implementación del Gobierno Electrónico en Venezuela, permite lograr las metas u objetivos en el corto, mediano o largo plazo y permitiría reflejar los grandes logros en materia de implementación de Tecnologías para el desarrollo del hombre nuevo, dentro de una nueva sociedad de la información para el desarrollo.

The society of information has more significant characteristics like globalization of the economy. Nowadays technical management constitutes strategic structure of success and reliability in every organization causing institutions of the state to find a way to develop constantly at par with actuality. In this sense the impact that generates the implementation of electronic government in Venezuela allows to achieve goals and aims in short, middle o long terms and will allow to reflect great achievements in terms of implementation of technologies for the development of the new man, inside of a new society of information for development.
