La presente investigación, destaca el carácter singular de la recuperación de América Latina y el inicio de un nuevo ciclo de expansión económica post-crisis. Esta podría ser una nueva oportunidad para resolver el cambio del paradigma estructural del crecimiento en la región. ¿Asumirá América Latina el reto de cambiar su patrón de desarrollo del actual basado en los recursos naturales a uno nuevo basado en la innovación?

This research highlights the unique nature of the recovery in Latin America and the beginning of a new cycle of post-crisis economic expansion. This could be a new opportunity to solve structural change paradigm growth in the region. Latin America will assume the challenge of changing its current development pattern based on natural resources to a new one based on innovation?
