Настоящая работа посвящена анализу особенностей учета родовой травмы, ее диагностике и подходам к лечению. Показана связь родовой травмы с заболеваниями, которые обычно с ней не связывают. Предложен скрининг шейного отдела позвоночника новорожденных как первый шаг к предотвращению последствий скрытой родовой травмы и, как следствие, повышению общего потенциала детского здоровья нации.

The determining role of hidden birth trauma in the overall potential of the nation's child health

This work is devoted to the analysis of the features of accounting for birth trauma, its diagnosis and approaches to treatment. The relationship of birth trauma with diseases that are usually not associated with it is demonstrated. Screening of the cervical spine of newborns is proposed as the first step towards preventing the consequences of hidden birth trauma and, as a result, increasing the overall potential of the nation's children's health.
