THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE

Existing literature explores many ways to apply artificial intelligence (AI) technology, including in the field of transport. However, among many areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), it is necessary to identify those whose development and implementation can make a greater contribution to the creation of developed and high-tech infrastructure. Based on a detailed analysis of more than 60 articles, this review presents a modern and concise analysis of existing and still developing AI technology that is or will be used in various areas of transport (land, air and water). The results reveal the main directions of AI in the field of transport, which have the main impact on the economy, the environment, and the level of development of the state. The use of such technologies helps to solve the problems of water and air pollution, as well as increases the overall efficiency of the transport infrastructure. The data obtained in the course of this study can be used to systematize and design the processes of informatization and the introduction of artificial intelligence technology in the field of transport.
