Цифровые рынки в России в 2020 году: обзор и основные тенденции

Стремительное развитие цифровых технологий вызывает значительные изменения в экономике, бизнесе и обществе и создает основу для новых рынков. В течение 2020 года пандемия COVID-19 привела к сокращению российской экономики примерно на 3,1%, при этом темпы цифровизации различных ее отраслей значительно возросли. В период локдауна различных отраслей правительство и бизнес были вынуждены ускорить внедрение цифровых технологий в различные сферы жизни общества. Настоящее исследование включает в себя уточнение понятия «цифровой рынок», анализ состояния цифровых рынков Российской Федерации в условиях пандемии COVID-19, оценку состояния цифровых рынков денег, товаров и труда в 2020 году.

The rapid development of digital technologies causes significant changes in the economy, business and society and creates the basis for new markets. During 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic led to a contraction of the Russian economy by about 3.1%, while the pace of digitalization of its various industries has increased significantly. During the lockdown of various industries, the government and business were forced to accelerate the introduction of digital technologies into various spheres of society. This study includes clarification of the concept of “digital market”, analysis of the state of the digital markets of the Russian Federation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, assessment of the state of the digital markets of money, goods and labor in 2020.
