ОФИСНЫЕ ПРОСТРАНСТВА НОВОГО ТИПА, КАК СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ КОМПОНЕНТ АРХИТЕКТУРЫ ВЫСОТНЫХ ЗДАНИЙ

В статье проанализированы варианты пространственных решений офисов в высотных зданиях, их развитие и преобразование с течением времени. Освещены основные предпосылки перехода к адаптивным офисам нового типа. На основании критериев устойчивого развития, приведены фундаментальные принципы проектирования новых и трансформации существующих рабочих пространств в условиях пандемии. Проведен анализ комплексной децентрализации типового офиса одной из крупных американских компаний, а также обозначены последние тенденции по внедрению ландшафтных компонентов в структуру высотных зданий.

The article analyzes the options for spatial solutions of offices in high-rise buildings, their development and transformation over time. The main prerequisites for the transition to adaptive offices of a new type are highlighted. Based on the criteria for sustainable development, the fundamental principles of designing new and transforming existing workspaces in a pandemic are presented. The analysis of the complex decentralization of a typical office of one of the large American companies is carried out, and the latest trends in the introduction of landscape components into the structure of high-rise buildings are outlined.
