АДАПТИВНОСТЬ ИНОСТРАННЫХ СТУДЕНТОВ В РОССИЙСКОМ ВУЗЕ

В статье рассматривается проблема личности иностранного студента, а также адаптационные трудности, с которыми сталкиваются иностранные студенты, приезжая в Россию. Предлагается анализ эмпирических данных, касающихся адаптивности личности иностранных студентов с разным опытом и возможностями проживания в России. В ходе исследования установлено, что иностранные студенты 1-го курса испытывают больше трудностей в процессе адаптивности к условиям вуза, в коммуникациях в образовательной среде, а у студентов 3-го курса адаптивность будет более успешной, так как у них трудностей меньше. Получены статистически значимые различия социально-психологической адаптации в группах. Определены предпосылки для решения выявленных трудностей.

ADAPTIVITY OF FOREIGN STUDENTS IN A RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY

This article deals with the problem of foreign student's personality and adaptation difficulties encountered by foreign students coming to Russia. The article offers an analysis of empirical data concerning the adaptability of the personality of international students with different experiences and possibilities of living in Russia. The study found that international students of the 1st year have more difficulties in the process of adaptability to the university conditions, in communications in the educational environment, and 3rd year students will have more adaptability, as they have less difficulties. Statistically significant differences in socio-psychological adaptation in groups were obtained. The prerequisites for solving the identified difficulties have been determined.
