THE RESEARCH OF PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY CASES IN EUROPEAN UNION

This article starts with the legal sources of parental responsibility. By focusing on several international conventions concerning parental responsibility cases and their development, it combines the rights of children with the responsibilities of parents in society to discuss legal issues. Due to the incomplete responsibility of children, parents and their guardians have a huge influence on the growth of children. How to limit the responsibilities of parents and their guardians to their children and protect the rights of children should not only be subject to ethical standards, but also be bound by the family and marriage laws, but these will have ethnic culture and other influences, as well as being restricted by jurisdictions of courts. Therefore, the fulfillment of parental responsibilities should also be taken seriously from an international perspective.
