ЦИФРОВЫЕ ДЕНЬГИ КАК «ОКНО» В НОВУЮ МИРОВУЮ ФИНАНСОВУЮ СИСТЕМУ

В данной работе исследована актуальная научная проблема безудержного роста необеспеченной денежной массы в рамках текущей глобальной финансовой системы. В работе выявлена природа кризиса текущей мировой финансовой системы. В рамках статьи проведен обзор научных трудов «Группы 30» (G30). В рамках исследования определено, что цифровые деньги способны дать начало принципиально новому этапу в развитии мировой финансовой системы.

DIGITAL MONEY AS A "WINDOW" INTO THE NEW GLOBAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM

The article investigates the current scientific problem of the rampant growth of the unsecured money supply within the framework of the current global financial system. The work identified the core of the crisis of the current global financial system. Within article the review of scientific papers of "Group 30" is carried out. In the context of the paper, it was determined that digital money could give a fundamentally new stage in the development of the global financial system and the world economy.
