The idea if the project is to attract potential students to the Institute of foreign languages by creating an app for learning languages. By analyzing the statistics of smartphone usage and the data for the MOOCs I have come to the conclusion that there is a demand for the online learning and that the smartphone operation systems are the most suitable platform to set up the project. The free education that we will provide via the app will not only bring more applicants to our university, but may be the start for other projects and PR campaigns.
