В статье рассмотрены современные проблемы введения цифрового рубля в России и его влияния на финансово-экономические аспекты развития территорий. Проанализировано предназначение цифрового рубля и его место среди других валют. Сформулированы факторы развития территорий и регионов.
ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE INTRODUCTION OF THE DIGITAL RUBLE
The article discusses the current problems of the introduction of the digital ruble in Russia and its impact on the financial and economic aspects of the development of territories. The purpose of the digital ruble and its place among other currencies are analyzed. Factors of development of territories and regions are formulated.
