СОСТОЯНИЕ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ УГОЛЬНОЙ ОТРАСЛИ В РОССИИ И МИРЕ

Целью исследования является выявление основных тенденций развития угольной отрасли в России и мире в 2000-2020 гг. В статье анализируются запасы угля в 2020 г. Рассматривается изменение объемов добычи угля в 2000-2020 гг. в топ-10 странах по запасам угля. Делаются прогнозы относительно того, насколько при текущем объеме потребления данным странам хватит их собственных запасов. Автор статьи анализирует динамику объемов экспорта и импорта угля в 2000-2020 гг. на основе статистики по странам - крупнейшим экспортерам и импортерам угля.Исследуется изменение цен на уголь в 2000-2020 гг. и выявляются факторы, оказавшие на них существенное влияние. Кроме того, в статье речь идет об изменении объемов потребления угля в 2000-2020 гг. и причинах, вызвавших данные изменения. При изучении развития угольной отрасли особое внимание уделяется влиянию на нее Парижского соглашения по климату 2016 г. и следующей за ним моды на «зеленую» экономику.Практическая значимость исследования заключается в определении основных направлений повышения эффективности функционирования угольной отрасли России на основе данных об изменении объемов добычи, потребления и экспорта угля в 2000-2020 гг. Это поможет РФ не только избежать значительных экономических убытков, но и вывести ее угольную промышленность на новый уровень.

The aim of the study is to identify the main trends in the development of the coal industry in Russia and in the world in 2000-2020.The article analyzes the coal reserves in 2020. The change in the volumes of coal production in 2000-2020 is considered in top-10 countries by coal reserves. Predictions are made as to how much, given the current consumption, these countries will have enough of their own reserves. The author of the article analyzes the dynamics of the volumes of export and import of coal in 2000-2020 based on statistics by countries - the largest exporters and importers of coal. Changes in coal prices in 2000-2020 are investigated and the factors that have had a significant impact on them are identified. In addition, the article deals with the change in the volume of coal consumption in 2000-2020 and the reasons for these changes. When studying the development of the coal industry, special attention is paid to the impact on it of the Paris Climate Agreement of 2016 and the subsequent fashion for the «green» economy.The practical significance of the study lies in determining the main directions for improving the efficiency of the coal industry in Russia based on data on changes in the volumes of production, consumption and export of coal in 2000-2020. This can help the Russian Federation not only avoid significant economic losses, but also bring its coal industry to a new level.
